A: You should only use mixing paddles designed specifically for the Centaur 20 AT mixer or compatible accessories from a recognized replacement-part manufacturer. A Centaur 20 AT is a commercial planetary mixer, and its attachments are not universal across different brands. o ensure a proper fit and safe operation, get a replacement paddle from one of these sources: The mixer manufacturer: Contact Centaur directly or an authorized distributor to purchase genuine Centaur-branded attachments. Restaurant supply stores: Retailers specializing in restaurant equipment, such as KaTom or Parts Town, often carry replacement parts for Centaur and other commercial mixers.
