As shown in photographs. Hard carrying case, tuning forks, 12v cord and extension cord included. Unit was plugged in and lights on screen lit up. Sold as is/untested condition but no reason to believe it is not in working order.

Q: Will you ship to 25401 at my expense? Does this one have the thumb wheel alarm on top ? Do you have a dash mount for it?
A: Yes, we will ship fedex. Yes it includes dash mount bracket. Do not believe there is an alarm. The top has switches for moving/stationary mode and squelch. Thanks
