Vehicle has an unknown, intermittent, transmission problem which causes it to downshift and the engine RPM's to rise at certain speeds. A transmission flush was performed but the problem still occurs. The transmission will need to be diagnosed and repaired/replaced.
Vehicle was assigned to a Detective and is mostly highway miles.
Q: Hi did you try to diagnose transmission issue, if so, what code they gave you..?
A: The transmission is showing no codes. We tried a flush and that worked for a few days but then it started to randomly slip again. It appears to slip at higher speeds, possibly in the overdrive gears.
