M3 Series Sandwich/Salad‐Mega Top Unit, two‐section, rear mount, self‐contained compressor Purchased in 2023 and functions as a unit of that age. The item is located in a 2nd floor kitchen area with easy access to a loading dock.
Q: Item is on the second floor , is there an elevator to bring it down or a loading dock to load it off of? If I win it should I bring a Heavy duty hand truck to move it ? Thank you
A: No elevator needed. There's a concrete ramp leading from the loading dock to the ground level. Or the loading dock can be used if the truck has a lift gate that raises to about 5' high. The unit is on casters so no hand truck is needed. You will need at least 2 people to manage it.
Q: Do other containers come with this unit - that sit in the compartment, not seen in pics?
A: No other containers.
Q: Does everything work as it should? Is this a used item?
A: It is a used items, being sold as-is". It was purchased in 2023 and functions as a unit of that age.
