Q: Is there an elevator or access to the second floor for removal? Will moving down steps be involved?
A: The item can be moved from the room it's currently in to a loading dock that adjoins the second floor, however, there's no dock lift. There's also a concrete ramp/walkway from the dock to the ground level.
