At the close of bidding, bids must be approved by the Board of Selectmen. The Town of Berlin reserves the right to refuse any and all bids.
Bids will be received until 5:00 pm Friday April 1, 2016. Highest bid will be considered by the Board of Selectmen at their 7 p.m. April 4, 2016 meeting. The successful bidder will be notified April 5, 2016.
