2004 Towmaster T-20 Trailer.  The trailer’s identification number is 4KNFT19264L164456.   It has a current PA state inspection.  The trailer is available for inspection by appointment at Chester Water Authority (CWA) Distribution Headquarters, 437 W. Front Street, Chester, PA 19013. It has air brakes with ABS and parking brake.  Trailer is being sold otherwise “AS IS”.  CWA reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Payment must be made by Cashiers Check. Buyer is required to deliver the Cashiers Check in the total amount of the high bid to Chester Water Authority the next business day after the auction closes.  Once the Chester Water Authority has received the Cashier’s Check, the buyer will be contacted by Chester Water Authority to schedule the title transfer to complete the sales transaction.  Buyer is responsible for paying all fees associated with vehicle title transfer and licensing. Buyer must pick up vehicle. Bids are due by 9 a.m., Monday, March 21, 2016.
