Vehicle was taken out of service in December 2015 due to rusted and leaking brake lines, car starts, runs, and moves and was used regularly until removed from service.  Vehicle was not used for law enforcement.  Interior is clean, exterior has several paint peel and rust spot issues.  The vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranties expressed or implied.  We reserve the right to reject any and all bids, vehicle must be picked up within 15 days of auction close.  Payment is due at pickup with cash or certified check made to the County of Armstrong.  Buyer is responsible for all fees in regard to title transfer plates, etc. Vehicle can be inspected by appointment Mon-Friday, 8 am - 2 pm contact Marty Coleman at 724-548-3312 or email at mocoleman@co.armstrong.pa.us Vehicle will be located at County maintenance building.
