A: It is an electric pump.
Q: Will it pass a pa state inspection
A: Not sure, it has not been inspected because it has been out of service. The hydraulic PTO lifts slow.
Q: No reserve why is starting bid so high.
A: That was the starting estimate for value that was placed on the truck. Thanks
