Q: Why is it not drivable off the lot?
A: Has not been running for quite sometime, (2yrs) besides water pump, multiple misfires . Runs rough it might make it out of the lot but we can't guarantee that. If you were to drive it off lot a dealer plate or license plate for the vehicle will be required
