A: its not inspected. the manifold gasket leaks.
Q: As the Waterpump, Timing chain and Chain guides been replaced?
A: None of those parts were changed.
Q: Will it pass PA STATE INSPECTION?
A: All i can tell you is, it was parked because of the exhaust manifold leak. rest of car looks good. tires are great. come look at it yourself. Thanks
