The successful bidder shall make payment to Conoy Township in the form of a cashier's check or certified check, made payable to Conoy Township, 211 Falmouth Road, Bainbridge, PA 17502. The successful bidder shall remove the item within ten business days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof. The successful bidder shall be responsible for all costs incurred for title transfer as may be required.
