Q: Do you have pictures of the rust and enginebay? Can it be test driven if a battery is brought along?
A: You may test drive it with someone from the Township that rides along with you.
Q: Not currently PA state inspected due to rust issues? -Thanks
A: Yes, there are some rust issues. It does still start though. Well it did a few months ago. The battery does need replaced. We had to jump it to start it.
