The following terms apply to all vehicles sold at this auction. By bidding, you acknowledge and accept the conditions outlined below:

• ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS IS.
  No warranties, guarantees, or representations are made regarding the condition, completeness, or functionality of any vehicle. Parts may be missing and vehicles may not be operational.
• ALL VEHICLES MUST BE TOWED.
  No vehicle may be driven off the premises under any circumstances. Buyers are responsible for arranging towing and transportation.
• REMOVAL OF EQUIPMENT & IDENTIFIERS:
  • All radios will be removed.
  • All emergency lights will be removed.
  • All stickers and decals will be removed or painted over, including any identifying “Mount Olive” markings.
  • Additional department-specific equipment may also be removed prior to transfer.
• INSPECTIONS RECOMMENDED:
  Mount Olive Township strongly recommends all prospective buyers inspect vehicles before bidding.
  Inspection appointments are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
