2012 Charger R/T was used as a UC police vehicle. The lights have been removed. The vehicle was purchased with 82k miles on it.
The battery has been removed but it will start.
Q: Do the headlights work ???
A: One of the headlights is currently working, but the other does not. It has power to it and it is unknown if it is just the bulb that needs replaced or something else.
Q: Is the motor noisy? (ticking) ? Has the motor and / or transmission ever had any work done to it or been replaced?
A: According to our mechanic, there is a tick but it has not been investigated to see what the issue is.
Q: Is there a list of what it needs to pass inspection? Brakes rotors tires shocks struts? And assuming all the tint needs removed especially the windshield. Why was this vehicle taken out of service.
A: According to our mechanic, the most major issues are the tires, brakes/rotors, headlight modules needs replaced, front passenger window motor and there is a power steering fluid leak. The vehicles was taken out of service because the officer who drove it was reassigned and it wasn't worth repairing it since there was no need for it.

Q: why was the battery removed ?
A: Our mechanic needed it for another vehicle.
