2015 Ventrac 4500P with canopy and 60" finish mower

2015 Ventrac 4500P with canopy and 60" finish mower.  Kawasaki 824cc gasoline engine, 2564 hours.  This machine has optional rear 3 point lift and hydraulic wet lines both front and rear.  This machine was used exclusively in our community park to mow grass and occasionally drag baseball fields.  The machine has been routinely maintained and is ready for immediate use.  It is not currently in use and is being replace only due to following our capital replacement schedule.  

This unit is sold on an as is where is basis with no written or implied warranties. Mixer can be inspected Monday thru Friday from 7:00am – 2:30 pm. Contact Dan Nock at 724-625-1636x131 to schedule time.

The sale of this equipment is scheduled to be approved at the Board of Supervisors meeting scheduled for June 2, 2025 however the Board reserves the right to reject the bids at their discretion.

Machine must be picked up within 10 business days of notification from The Township of Pine that the winning bid was accepted by the Board of Supervisors.
