Q: I know the opening bid amount is $4000, but is there any way we can start it at $0 instead so perhaps the car can be gotten for less than $4000 because $4000 is a lot of $$$ and I want the car but I don't have $4000. im thinking $0-$100 would be good. What do you think?

Have all narcotics paraphernalia been removed and will the department be able to certify this? A: This vehicle has not been used to "ram" a pedestrian or criminal. All narcotics were removed, however, we can not certify anything. The vehicle was cleaned out with the standard human process of looking everything over.
