Q: Is the back of this truck badly rotted, regarding the frame rails, dump body hinges, brake drums, brake lining and hardware? Is this the reason why it is not inspected?
A: The truck is rusty. Not rotted out! We ran it up until the inspection expired. It was replaced with a new truck. We do not inspect vehicles to put them up for sale!

Q: Is there any blow by?
A: It does use some oil. We believe ti is from the oil filter housing. I'm sure it has some blow by just because of its age.
Q: Does the ABS Module need serviced and are there any other issues?
A: Unsure.

A: yes. GVW 42,000 lbs
Q: Is this truck have four wheel drive
