Sold as-is, where-is with no warranties. North Strabane Township reserve the right to reject any bid or cancel the bid at any time. Bidding ends Thursday, June 19th @ 12:30 PM. The voting will take place on Tuesday, June 24th at 7:00 P.M.

If purchaser is not public safety all the emergency equipment will be removed. (must proof of an affiliated public service emergency agency)
Payment shall be made within five business days from the voting date. Successful bidder must remove the vehicle from North Strabane Township property within fourteen days of the close of auction.
