The successful bidder shall make payment payable to Lower Macungie Township, 3400 Brookside Rd, Macungie, PA 18062. Payment can be made in the form of cash, cashier's check, certified check, money order, credit card or EFT. All credit card payments will include a fee of 3% of the sale price + $1.50 processing fee. There are no fees for EFT payments. Payment must be in full, at time of pickup, which shall be no later than ten (10) working days from the time and date of the Notice of Award. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. Winning bid is pending approval by Lower Macungie Township administration. Lower Macungie Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in the best interest of the township.
