Salt Storage Structure

We are selling the entire Salt storage structure, everything must go.  The building has had two additions since it was built in 1987, one in 1995 and another in 2002.  Each time a new addition was added, updates to building were done at the same time.  The Structure overall is in good shape with expected weathering to the timbers.  There have been some trusses that have been hit by trucks dumping loads but they have been repaired.  The dimensions of the building are 40' x 150' x 12'7".  The door opening in the front is 14' x 30'.

The entire structure needs removed from the Township of Pine premises by August 31, 2016, with no exceptions.  If the structure is not removed within the alloted time frame, than a 10% penalty on the total amount paid, will be incurred.  The Buyer must also show a Certificate of Insurance and sign an Indeminity Agreement in favor of the Township of Pine.  The structure can be viewed by contacting Tony Barbarino @ 412-770-4782 Monday-Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm
