In the last few years, we experienced printer head issue warnings, had parts replaced, and managed to get it working again temporarily. However, the unit would frequently go offline, requiring effort to restore functionality. The vendor ceased servicing it, prompting us to switch to another unit. Sold as-is where is. Includes some extra ink (see pic).
