Q: Why did you remove it from service? Any known operational issues as the reason?
A: The A/C for the building was shot, we upgraded to a commercial mini split system.
Q: Was it properly prepped for storage when removed from service?
A: It is still in a climate controlled space. We drained the water and disconnected the gas service. We have not moved it yet.
Q: Will all plumbing/electrical connections be disconnected prior to pickup?
A: Yes we will have it ready to go.
Q: Are you able to ASSIST in loading this unit? Any idea of the approximate weight?
A: I'm not sure of the weight, but we can load it onto a truck or trailer.
Q: How old is this unit? Was it used for complete building/structure heating? Does it heat potable water too?
A: Fabrication date on the unit is November 2009. It was used to heat the whole building which was around 9000 ft.². It could be used to heat domestic water with the right Equipment added to it.
