Surplus Item:  Electric Generator, Unknown Working Condition.

The Town of Millville, as seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.  The item is being sold “As Is,” “Where Is,” and “With All Faults.” 

Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts as Buyers.  Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller.

The Town reserves the right to cancel the auction or accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof as determined to be in the best interests of the Town of Millville.

All sales are final.  Refunds will not be given. 

Buyer is responsible for all costs and other aspects of removal of the item from Town property.  Buyer shall make all arrangements and perform all work necessary to remove item from Town property.  Buyer remove the item from Town property within five (5) calendar days following receipt of payment by the Town.  Removal shall take place between the hours of 9am – 3pm, Monday-Thursday. 

Payment in full is due not later than seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of the completion of the auction, or the Town reserves the right to relist the item or award it to another bidder. 

Buyer shall make payment to the Town of Millville in the form of cash, money order, or a certified bank check made payable to the Town of Millville, 8 Central Street, Millville, MA 01529.
