Item must be paid for by cashiers check, collected upon pick-up. No warranty or guarantee. •All items will be sold on an "as is", "where is" basis. There shall be no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to any of the said articles and no refunds of any kind shall be made. •Full payment must be received by Hanover Township within ten (10) business days of notice of award. •All items must be removed from Township property within five (5) business days of payment. •Hanover Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, for any cause whatsoever, as it deems in the best interest of the Township.
