A: It looks to be 3.5 tons
Q: Does this operate via normal water heating feed also, or just via Geothermal?
A: Just via Geothermal
Q: Why are you selling?
A: We purchased about 6 months ago to replace and after talking to our engineers and architect it was suggested that we replace the entire system since there are 4 other heat pumps and they are in an enclosed ceiling area at our 911 Center. It is brand new still on the original skid. We would have returned but we were past the return date. Our loss and someone’s gain.
