This used, tan and green 1985 AM General 929A1 military cab and chassis with approximately 29,488 miles was acquired by the New Marlborough, Massachusetts Highway Department in July of 2012 as military surplus equipment. This truck starts and runs, and while under our ownership, has had regularly scheduled maintenance. This truck has a Cummins diesel 6-cylinder engine with automatic transmission. It has rust, and normal wear and tear of the interior expected in a truck of this age. Batteries are not included. This truck has a transferrable title.
This auction will be closed at 11:00 am on Monday, September 8, 2025, and results of the auction will be voted on by the Board of Selectmen that evening.
