If the final bid meets the reserve of $29,000, this truck will be sold. If the final bid is under the reserve, Milford Township reserves the right to accept or reject the bid according to a vote of the Board of Supervisors. The truck is being sold as-is, where-is with all costs of transferring and delivering the vehicle being born by the buyer. Payment is required within 10 days (certified check, money order, cash). Failure to make payment will result in the vehicle being offered to next highest bidders or being placed back on bid.
