The successful bid for this item may be awarded at the regularly scheduled township supervisors meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. Upon notification of the bid award, payment in full by the successful bidder must be received by the Township within five (5) business days. Please note that only cash, a certified check, cashier's check, money order, or Municipal check, made payable to Washington Township, Dauphin County shall be accepted as a form of payment. Payments should be mailed or delivered to the following address: Washington Township, Dauphin County 185 Manors Road Elizabethville, PA 17023.
The successful bidder is responsible for arranging the pickup of the item within five (5) business days after making the payment. Failure to do so will result in the Township reserving the right to dispose of the item as deemed fit. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for any and all transfer and transportation costs. Shipping is NOT available for any item, and all winning bidders are required to pick up their items in person. If you are unable to pick up the item, please refrain from placing a bid.
Washington Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defect in any bid.
