Equipment Sold "as is", there is no implied warranty. Buyer assumes responsibility for pick-up and condition of Equipment. All pick up must be within 8 calendar days of the auction ending. 48-hour advanced notice must be given prior to pick-ups or tows. The City of Salem reserves the right to reject any/all bids if it is determined to be in the best interest of the City.
