Terms and Conditions of Sale Vehicle Condition: This vehicle is being sold as-is, where-is with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. The buyer acknowledges that the vehicle is not currently inspected and may require repairs to meet Pennsylvania inspection standards. Inspection and Viewing: Prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the vehicle prior to bidding. No post-sale inspections or test drives will be permitted. Payment: Full payment must be received within five (5) business days of auction close. Accepted payment methods include certified check, money order, or other forms as specified by the seller. Title and Transfer: Title will be transferred only upon receipt of full payment. The buyer is responsible for all title, registration, and transfer fees. Pickup and Removal: The buyer must complete pickup and removal within five (5) business days of payment unless prior arrangements are approved. The buyer is responsible for all transportation and loading arrangements. Default: Failure to complete payment or pickup within the stated time may result in forfeiture of the sale and relisting of the vehicle.
