A: yes truck operates as it should. No pintle hook

A: frame is in decent shape for the year. and rear brakes are probably rusty from sitting but should not be rotted.

A: Automatic. Neither is badly pitted or rotted.

A: It runs. It has been sitting for sometime so can't say if its highway safe or not. It was when it was parked last fall.
