A: Last it was used it did but the truck has been out of service for some time due to getting a new truck.

A: it is not inspected. not sure what it would need.

A: With the spreader currently installed on the back you cannot raise the bed. Sorry.
Q: Fram rotted and how much rust on body did it run when parkef
A: Truck body and frame is rusted. It did run when parked. It had a new Jasper Reman motor installed in May 2017. So the motor has very low miles.
