At the close of bidding, bids must be approved by Board of Selectmen. The town of Berlin reserves the right to refuse any and all bids.
Bids will be received until 5:30 pm May 6, 2016. Highest bid will be considered by the Board of Selectmen at their 7:00 p.m. May 9, 2016 meeting. The successful bidder will be notified May 10, 2016.
