Although not currently inspected, the vehicle is operational but running (rough) and driving. It is worth noting that the vehicle is likely in need of service, including potential turbo replacement, and other mechanical repairs that may be required are currently unknown. The body and roof of the vehicle has holes from previously mounted equipment and wiring placements.
