The successful bidder shall make payment in the form of a certified check made payable to the Career Technology Center of Lackawanna County. Payment due at time of pickup. Item MUST be removed within 7 DAYS of auction close. Items not paid for and/or not picked up within 7 days will be forfeited and the item will be relisted. CTCLC reserves the right to reject any and all bids as shall be deemed in the best interest of the School. Items are sold on an AS IS/ WHERE IS basis. The successful bidder is responsible for any packaging and/or loading of item for transport. Items must be picked up during normal business hours 7:00AM - 3:00PM Monday - Friday.
