This reliable pickup truck features a 351 motor and a 5-speed manual transmission, providing you with power and control on the road. The flatbed is equipped with an electric hoist (currently non-functional) for easy loading and unloading. Please note that the double gas tank may require attention as it won't switch over to the back tank.
Enjoy a smoother ride with the new exhaust system, although this pickup does not come with A/C. The odometer is not in working condition, but rest assured, it has traveled less than 70,000 miles. Previously used for watering around town, this pickup truck is ready for its next adventure.
Q: Are service records available?
A: There are records for oil changes and I will check with our Auditor to see if she has any other records from the Downtown Auto (this would be for the clutch).
Q: Was this truck serviced at a dealer, in-house, or local repair shop?
A: Our public works department does all oil changes, otherwise it is taken to a local repair shop.
Q: On the flatbed not working, is it the electric motor thats the problem? Or the hydraulics?
A: Our public works superintendent believes it is the electric motor, but he is not positive.
Q: Is first gear a creeper gear?
A: Yes 1st gear is a creeper gear, 5th gear is overdrive.
Q: Do you have any removable sides for flat bed?
A: No we don't
Q: What is the overall length for shipping purposes?
A: The truck is 21 ft long by 8 ft wide
Q: What is the length of the bed?
A: 12 foot box
Q: What is the reserve price?
A: I have set the reserve price for $1000 so that if the bid is not met, the vehicle won't be sold. $1000 is the lowest that the City would accept.
