Payment Instructions: Payment in full must be made within 5 business days from the time and date of the Notice of Award. Failure to do so may result in relisting the item or awarding it to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder is responsible for removing the item(s) by Wednesday, September 10th at NOON. Please note that loading is the buyer's responsibility. Pick-ups are by appointment only.

Payment Methods: The successful bidder will make payment to Cumberland County Facilities Management at 310 Allen Road, Carlisle, PA. Payments can be made in the form of EXACT cash, cashier’s check (made payable to Cumberland County), or credit card during normal business hours Monday-Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Please be aware that additional fees will be applied to credit card payments, which can be made either in person or over the phone.

Disclaimer: Cumberland County, as the seller, disclaims any warranty/guarantees, implied or expressed, for the vehicle/item being sold “AS IS”. Bidders must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract as a buyer.

Refund Policy: Refunds will NOT be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline.
