!976 Elgin Pelican Street Sweeper rebuilt from Factory in 1988. John Deere diesel engine with hydrostatic drive transmission. Runs well and still works as this sweeper was in use until recent purchase of new unit. Brooms about 50% worn. Hour meter on engine broken at 1583 hours about 10 years ago. Telford Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids for this street sweeper. If the final bid meets the reserve of this sweeper, this vehicle will be sold. If the final bid is under the reserve, Telford Borough reserves the right to accept or reject the bid according to a vote of the Telford Borough Council on June 6, 2016. The sweeper is being sold as-is, where-is with all costs of transferring and delivering the vehicle being born by the buyer. Payment is required within 10 days of close of bid. Failure to make payment will result in the vehicle being offered to the next highest bidder.
