1976 International Harvester Dump Truck with Catch Basin Cleaner

Here we have a running and functioning 1976 International Harvester with a Stetco catch basin cleaner! This basin cleaner was advertised in it's day to  "Clean 50 FULL catch basins per day" Thorough maintenance records kept. This will need some work to pass Mass state inspection. It does have a small hydraulic leak, but all functions work as they should. This is a gas engine with a manual transmission.
