NOTE: Units listed in this auction event have been removed from service due to possible age, condition, mechanical defects, and/or corrosion and are offered for public auction “as is & where is” for parts, repair, or scrap with no guarantees and or warranties expressed or implied. Potential bidders are hereby notified that the unit will more than likely require transport off the lot by tow or flatbed carrier.
The posted units will be available for inspection during two (2) inspection events in which potential bidders are strongly encouraged to evaluate the units and make their own determinations as to their condition, function, features, and included options prior to bidding (details below). No additional individual auction information will be added to this notice.

IMPORTANT: Interested parties are strongly encouraged to participate in and perform an in-person inspection and to make their own determinations regarding the unit’s condition, function, features, and included accessories prior to bidding.
The Town reserves the right to cancel or end auctions early if in the best interests of the town.
Winning bidders are required to make payment, complete the bill of sale process, and remove the unit from town property within (14) fourteen days of the auction's close. Removal of the unit must be without any assistance from the town beyond our providing access.
The listing agent certifies under penalties of perjury that this offering has been made and submitted in good faith and without collusion or fraud with any other person. As used in this certification, the word "person" shall mean any natural person, business, partnership, corporation, union, committee, club, or other organization, entity, or group of individuals.
Q: Does the truck run and drive fine I don’t see any info about the truck in the description just to check it out in person can you add some details for us further away thanks
A: It is prefered that potential bidders take part in the available inspection dates and to make their own determination as to an auction item's options, features, function, and condition. We have found this to be necessary in order to prevent possible misinterpertations of descriptions given in good faith.

A: Sorry no credit cards and all units should be considered tow only as stated in the ads.

A: yes please see the ad info to request an appointment and receive the address.
Q: Does the truck have a check engine light on? Do you have any maintenance records
A: The maintenance records are electronic and are not available outside our system. Regarding the vehicles condition we recommend you come and inspect the vehicle in person.
