o Payment in full must be made within 5 business days from the time and date of the Notice of Award or the Township reserves the right to relist the item or award to the second highest bidder. o Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with transfer of title. o The successful bidder shall remove the item(s) by September 21, 2026, at 12:00PM, if title transfer has been completed. o The successful bidder will make payment to North Middleton Township, 2051 Spring Road, Carlisle, PA in the form of cash or cashier’s check, during normal business hours Monday-Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. Credit card payments can be made in person or over the phone (note: additional fees applied to credit card payments). o North Middleton Township, as the seller, disclaims any warranty/guarantees, implied or expressed, vehicle/item is being sold “AS IS”.
