Upper Saucon requires buyer to be present in person at a local Notary Public to transfer the vehicle title. If the buyer cannot be present to transfer the title, the bid will be disqualified. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Q: why does buyer need to be present ? I am in Ohio have bought many cars from pa no required to be present for title work they will notarize on your end with my name on the title
A: Upper Saucon Township has made it a requirement for bidders.
