Q: What do you require for 3rd party pickup ?
A: We do the title transfer locally, up the street, so I would assume you would need power of attorney in order to sign the transfer documents. Unless the purchaser comes and does all the paper work fist and then sends a third party to pick up the vehicle at another time, then we would just need verification from the owner stating in writing that it is Ok for the third party to take it.
Q: How many engine hours? Thanks
A: Hi! I asked our maintenance dept and was told 4021.
Q: Can you post pictures of undercarriage?
A: Unfortunately, our Public Works director, Roger, said that it is too heavy for his equipment to get under it properly for photos
Q: The description says FWD. The additional information says 4WD. Does this unit have 4WD?
A: It is 4WD. Sorry about that. Roger was out for a week, so just going through his questions now
Q: When you say electrical issues.what does that mean?battery goes dead or it stalls while driving?
A: I forwarded your question to our Pubic Works Director, Roger McMillen. This was his reply: It runs fine. When the police radio was removed now we have electrical issues light on. His email is rwmcmillen@co.armstrong.pa.us for any other questions. Thanks!
