Engine problems, transmission problems and frame damage may not be stated. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to do his/her own physical inspection. By placing your bid, you have acknowledged and agreed to the "Special Vehicle Disclosure." The successful bidder shall be required to execute a hold harmless agreement.  Everything is sold "As is". No adjustments, credits or refunds will be issued. All sales are final. The winning bidder shall be required to provide a photo ID that matches the winning bidder's account name and a paid receipt as provided by Municibid.
