**Local Pickup Only:** Vehicle must be picked up in **North Beach, Maryland**. Buyer is responsible for all transportation, towing, registration, tags, taxes, and other costs associated with taking possession of the vehicle.
**Payment:** Payment must be made in full by **cashier’s check or credit card** prior to release of the vehicle.
**Credit Card Service Charge:** Credit card payments are subject to a **2.00% service charge**.
**As-Is Sale:** The vehicle, snow plow, spreader, and all included equipment are sold **AS-IS, WHERE-IS**, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied.
**Inspection:** Prospective buyers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle and equipment before purchasing.
**Final Sale:** All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.
**Pickup:** The buyer is responsible for arranging timely pickup after payment has been received and cleared.
***Ownership:** Title and possession will be transferred upon receipt and verification of full payment.
