Spacesaver High-Density Mobile Storage System

This system was originally installed in 1994, and is in good condition.  It is made up of five units with the following dimensions:  Four Units are 86"H x 40"w x 24"d and One Unit is 86"H x 40"w x 16"d. The unit sits in a track installed into a subfloor, and once removed would be unusable.  The purchaser would need to install a new track.

Purchaser must provide for removal, transportation, storage, etc. at no cost to the RMLD, and the Purchaser must sign a release from any RMLD liability concerning the item prior to removal from RMLD property.  The Purchaser must also sign a Non-Collusion Certification Form. The item must be removed within 14 days from the date the RMLD accepts the offer.

Contract will be awarded under the provisions of M.G.L., c. 30B to the highest priced responsive and responsible bidder.  The RMLD reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part and to waive minor informalities when at its sole discretion, said action is deemed to be in the best interest of the RMLD.
