The truck shall be sold in its current condition “as is,” “where is” and “with all faults or defects (known or unknown, latent, discoverable, or undiscoverable)”. Monroe Township makes no representation or warranty whatsoever whether expressed, implied or statutory with respect to the kind, size, quality, description, merchantability, maintenance, repair, condition, certification, use or fitness for any particular purpose of the truck. The purchase price shall be paid by the high bidder immediately after the conclusion of the electronic auction. In the event that shipping costs are incurred, the shipping costs shall be paid by the high bidder. Bidders may inspect the item by appointment prior to submitting a bid.
