2010 Black Ford Crown Vic Cruiser. During the last 4 years it has ben pulled off the front line and only used as a Detail or Admin car. During that time the Odometer display went down (so we don't have the exact mileage any more), rust formed on the lower sections of the vehicle, & the power steering failed. It is believed to be the hose or seal that needs to be replaced. Due to it being taken off-line recently, the battery needs to be replaced and the vehicle needs to be jumped every time to start it.
Q: Is the undercarriage rotted thru or is it surface rust
A: It appears to be surface rust
