2014 Ford Expedition - Parts Car or Engine Replacement

2014 Ford Expedition 5.4L 4x4.  Vehicle had 59,XXX miles and has suffered it's second catastrophic engine failure.  Ran well, then the timing chain and cam phasers went out.  We replaced them and less than a year had another timing issue that resulted in engine damage.  Replacement of engine exceeded vehicle value.  Vehicle will run if jumped, but does sound like the engine is tearing itself apart.  It is NOT drivable in its current condition.  When it did run, it had no issues with shifting.  4x4 worked well.  All emergency warning devices have been removed.  This would be a fine parts car for someone with a similar model or a good vehicle for someone who can replace the engine.  Minor fender rust noted.
